You are talking about negotiating for people not part of class and craft - don’t think ALPA would sign on to that (yes the ALPA pres signs all contracts) with the overwhelming potential for multiple DFR suits.

I would also advise if you feel strongly against No pilot left behind (it appears you do), email your rep/NC about that sentiment too. Our engagement, regardless of positions, will only aid in getting us a TA we have earned and deserved.
We will not all be happy about the final product. But, until then save some room on the yet to be delivered drill down surveys for No pilot left behind since amenable date for A plan bump or email your reps.
