I'm stating what happened. You've accepted subpar rates for your NB aircraft. Period. Full stop. And in doing so, you set the market. You also accepted less than full retro - an A320 captain friend who happened to have voted for the agreement said he was getting shorted by about 35k. Yes, your mediator put in front of you a "take-it-or-leave-it" deal which you could have ignored - see Lew's previous posts. Your pilot group fell for the mediator's "blarney." You did receive some great gains in soft money, but the measuring unit of dollars per hour, you accepted less.. especially when compared to regional jet drivers, and in doing so, you settled the market which affected every other pilot group.
