Just going off of the govt inflation rates, everyone prior to WN settled for less. We prob would’ve had rates offered below inflation also had we not been so far behind in the first place.
We were going to match or beat whatever rates were negotiated at the OAL’s before us. We could be sitting in the mid-300’s/tfp at DOR were it not for the pattern bargaining of those ahead of us….it works both ways.
We have those ahead of us to thank for making things we wanted in 2020 industry standard, but LNB pay could have been higher….
