How many pilots here have spent years commuting to reserve??? A decade in the right seat or earning food stamp wages at a regional? Aviation is cyclical, the pendelum will swing and the pilots in that video will realize this career is a roller coaster and their place on this ride is nearing the top of their ascension.
Your pilot group who flying demanding part 91K / part 135 trips do deserve a fair contract and a competivite pay structure, but using two junior FO's was, in my opinion, a mistake by the union leadership to garner any sympathy from Owners, fellow pilots, or Management.
