Ask your new reps, their plan is for even further pension increases. That will continue to drag out negotiations. And a pension increase does little to help out the loudest group right now. The junior pilots.

TA1 would have passed if it had Delta pay rates. Simple as that. I don’t understand the crowd that’s against fixing the concessions of TA1 and getting leading pay. That crowd is going to cause us to miss a contract cycle.
