They will simply take all your expansion opportunities for themselves and when they got that covered they will slowly transfer your flying to themselves to keep growing, providing fast upgrades, and keeping their pilots happy. There are many Delta 4XXX flight numbers being operated by SkyWest. The significance is 4XXX numbers are ASA's. If SkyWest is successful in aquiring you, the only upward seniority movement you will see is attrition they are not ready to absorb and rebrand as SkyWest flying. Stay independent. Fly safe.
