My first point was, Batch Size. It used to be 10 pilots at a time, now I guess it's unlimited, so everyone gets a call at 4am! Brilliant ! And that was for a 5am sign in! Who can make that, even if you live in PTC? I checked later to see who took it, a junior LCA and they didn't push until after 7am.
My second point is; they didn't limit the call to MY phone, they also called my wife's phone! WTF? There has to be a way to prevent that while still keeping her number available as an -emergency only- contact, but that would require Delta IT to actually enter the 21st century.
We are talking IAs right?
Batch size was never in effect for that. It’s a blast call with milliseconds between all eligible pilots.
