I should say I don’t know for a fact that’s happening & I haven’t really seen any communications from the company or union updating us on the matter, but my reading of the contract doesn’t bind the company in the way you’re claiming.
It is true. Listed exactly as you would expect in the bidding guide. Positions are selected in seniority order. If someone junior to another gets an FO bid and a senior person gets a CA bid, that senior person passed on the FO slot.
