I can’t link or attach it, but don’t you work at TK? HFPD puts it out, just ask them for it. The current version is V1.2024. I wouldn’t say that’s proof, but it is in conflict with the bidding guide. I certainly hope if someone is getting an aircraft awarded out of seniority order has contacted the union for clarification.
As long as 8-F-12s are being assigned to the most junior
eligible pilots, I don’t believe the company
or union consider this “out of seniority order”. The contract would have to expressly forbid this, which it does not.
