I expect your new 321NEO to have the same issues here within the next 12-18 months. I think it’ll be resolved by then though so it might not be a huge deal like it is now. The A220 are faced with the same issue as they have the same engines on them.
No worries. As someon else pointed ont, also different engine on the 220s, although same manufacturer.
At my shop our NEOs are CFM, as are our future XLR orders. I'm not sure if the LR or XLR variants have a P&W option.
