Took me 12hrs to get an interview invite after submitting the test (this was almost 2 years ago)
SkyWest vs Frontier is a complete night and day difference. My QOL here is 100000x better than there along with most other things. SkyWest does beat us in on time performance, travel benefits, cancellations, and IT department for sure.
