Yeah, that's the point! A union doesn't work unless everyone pays. Rob you? Really? More like you are robbing your fellow pilots if you want to enjoy the benefits of a union while not paying for it.

There are strict rules backed up with significant penalties that keep PAC money we pay separate from dues money. I believe there was a DALPA podcast episode where they talked about this.

Honestly, you need to actually learn about pilot unions and what they have done for this profession because you just sound terribly misinformed. Yes they are definitely not perfect but I would never work for a non-union airline.
