We understand it takes time and effort to apply, and we're committed to providing the best experience as candidates interview at Southwest."
By “evaluating their monthly cadence” they’re saying “we’ve had an open hiring window every month for easily a year. Some may think this is the standard. Currently we are deciding with current outstanding CJOs and TA ramifications if we need to continue a monthly open window.” There was a time where this window was smaller, shorter, and way more less frequent than the previous year has been.
