The same surveys occurred in 2015 with the same demands and the same requests. Nothing groundbreaking at all was achieved in that contract and it passed with what, a 76% if I remember correctly? I sure hope that times have changed but the idea of not putting this out to vote for fear of it passing isn't all that crazy...
