This happened years ago with APA overseeing Eagle's contract as well.
Then it would all be "APA pilots" flying those jets, and no scope bust.
Better start a card drive at all three WOs then becuase thats the only way you will get ALPA off their property. I guess the only other way is after a seniority list integration, that might trigger a vote for representation.

The ALPA merger policy changed after the USAir AmericaWest merger. Since then, its been relatively smooth sailing.
