That is what XJT is worried about. We don't want Skywest to use OUR XR options that are convertible to E-Jets and purchase them for the Skywest pilot to fly. They won't be your XR orders once you are owned by Skywest, this was the same case with ASA.
That is correct, its been the case that skywest airlines is the only one that is positioned for growth due to our competative costs. I am also sure it will be the case for all future flying. However asa has grown by at least 10 airlplanes in the past 3 years.
But at this point xjt pilots should just be more worried about keeping their jobs and not wanting to grow their airline.
