Anyone employed at AA at this time and posting on this sub is going to be senior at some point, and will most likely be senior for a long time. You're at a 121 airline, seniority rules almost everything.
Seniority is the perfect system in a perfect world. A healty balance is required to offset the imperfections if you want to be FAIR.
