With the aircraft orders your class date will come. I have no proof of this but I would suspect they are gearing up for classes to start every 2-3 weeks instead of 4-5. This would help keep a steady stream in each section of training. With the fleet growing by 19 they are going to need 35-55 new hires per month to be staffed by years end starting in March. In 2025 it gets a little more sporty with the fleet growing by 33. Hence why I surmise the email specifically mentioned 2025 training requirements.
