I was given some good advice a while back; interviews are a level playing field. It doesn't matter if you have 10,000 hrs PIC heavy jet and a space shuttle type rating, if you screw up the interview PROCESS (meaning more than just the panel) you don't get the job.

Some friends and I were sharing interview stories. One guy told of a squadron mate that went to an interview. This guy forgot the in brief (or is it called overview?) was part of the "process". When they split up to start paperwork, pee in the bottle, etc. he was handed his stuff and thanked for showing up!! Say it with me now.......OUCH!!!!!!
