After Hunter's side rejected his plea deal due to lack of assurances from the DOJ a lot more came out. Yes; to the full extent Hunter broke the law, he should be prosecuted. (Ironically the gun possession crime he was charged with was signed into law by his father and he is the only person ever prosecuted for such possession) He paid back his taxes, but apparently, that doesn't cure the charge.
