The answer UAL pilots say is just like crack, you can't get off the WBs. I was at spirit for a few years and now I've been at UAL for a few years. I'm a commuting WB FO right now. Spent some years as a NB FO. I really liked NK. It was a much harder decision to leave than I thought it would be. I was sad to leave honestly. Now I wish I would've left sooner.
