Through class delays and the base changes, Frontier is causing a number of cadets with over 1500 to go elsewhere. The majority of people I interviewed with were midlde aged professionals(engineers, active jet pilots, etc.) with ATP minimums, so not a group that did not have options. If the wait is 9-12 months after meeting ATP minimums, my guess is about 50% will find employment elsewhere, especially if the regionals pick up hiring again.
