My dudes. Division of pilot group is how collective bargaining fails. If you want new pilots to be in agreement with market rates, better soft pay, then educate your new hires. Encourage union activity in the training of new hires. Become a mentor of the new hires.
Hey new hires, the union does education seminars periodically. Look for these events. Ask questions. If you view this as a stepping stone remember to ask your fellow pilots what pattern bargaining is.

ownership is seemingly determined to mak F9 a stepping stone, and someone coming for 3 years isn't interested in anything other than short term benefits.
