18 year pay on the Q400 is around 111/hr, not 77/hr. Basically take the captain CRJ pay and cut around 10 bucks an hour off to estimate the Q400 rates.
It's still going to be ugly though. As you said, a substantial number of pilots could find themselves furloughed.
