Nope! Nepotism hiring is crap and most of us hate it too. The fact that you are justifying DEI hiring because of someone's kid getting hired is pretty lame. Are 50% of the current seniority numbers nepotism hires? GTFO with that garbage. That is precisely what UAL's target is for DEI in the future.
