I would LOVE for you to describe "normal thinking folks" in the context of your comment.

Also, I'd hazard a guess you've never actively sought the opinion of (and made an effort to listen to) a female or non-white pilot with 20+ years in the industry on what they think of efforts to broaden interest in the profession and how their experiences have perhaps differed from their more typical counterparts.
