Airlines: We’re going to attempt to recruit pilots more proportionately to the general population. In all reality, white males will continue to be over-represented both in numbers hired year over year & as a percentage of the total labor group, but the disparity will become slightly less glaring over time..

Hiring based on race is racism. Of course the POTUS blatantly said he was going to hire a black woman supreme court justice and not even look at anyone else. That is as blatant as racism gets. Racism has become acceptable as long as its against whites.
