Everyone else stagnates at their current seniority for two years, then has to work to age 67 to achieve their potential seniority.
Its not like I achieve my current projected seniority at 65, then get to work two more years at the top.
It is not a good deal for the majority of the seniority list.
The “you get to work two more years” argument is weak. It’s like winning a pie eating contest only to learn the prize is more pie.
I prefer the “you don’t have to wait two more years to (upgrade/fly widebodies/do Caribbean turns/etc.)” argument.
Your argument makes no sense. Then the same applies to existing age 65. Your argument has more holes than swiss cheese.
