I decided I like the atmosphere over here. The people seem happier and the total compensation for me is roughly equal. My QoL options (trip trade/give away) seems way better here as well (based on conversations with friends a few years at AA).
I'm also much more confident in SWA's ability to survive a bad downturn versus AAG's balance sheet.
(I don't wish a furlough on any of them. I have friends at most all the US 121s.)
