I also want to add that my dad has been w United for 35 years. He is a bit out of touch with hiring but claims that I'm "guaranteed an interview". I haven't submitted an App yet because I feel barely qualified. Do I seem competitive? I don't want to "burn" my interview by showing up under qualified. How much weight does being a family legacy carry? I also suck at interviewing so I definitely plan to get a prep course.
Seen people with more not get hired, seen people with less get hired. For your "STATS" you are on the lower side of most new hire classes. But you probably already or at least SHOULD already know stats are only part of the process.
Honestly and please don't take it the wrong way....your most impressive stat is your father who has sweat, sacrificed, and went to work on holidays and weekends for 35 years for this company.
