Think about the millions and millions they don't have to pay every year, since they self insure, because most employees don't bother to spend hundreds of man hours making phone calls and chasing things down.

Delta doesn't want to take care of any employees. They want everyone to shut up and row. Delta has always been America's largest plantation, and it always will be.
