Most of our pilot group is probably the polar opposite of what HR looks for, but we're the most fun to work with and drink with on layovers compared to what I've heard from other airline pilots in various hotel bars.

Nobody cares about your new zero turn radius lawnmower. We want to argue about who had the hottest chicks on their boat last weekend (with proof of course!)
