Whether than means the first full week, who knows... They seem to have settled into the monthly model for 'for the foreseeable future' though.
I highly doubt there will be a lack of Capt positions.
We are getting to the point of the year where they will stop awarding a ton of positions to have all hands on deck for the summer rush. With the new 150 day window that puts conversions into July. I'm guessing less than 30 WB A spots. Hope I'm wrong although I don't have a dog in the fight.
