What percentage were the doing in say 2021 vs today? There is now a max percentage DPS can do, but if they were doing about 30% then and are now doing 45%, they would need less SLIs.
Based on grumblings, it sounds like DPS are doing more than they were or a few departments just over hired. I don’t know the answer.
Great question. I know ALPA recently audited and found company was well within compliance. How it compares to pre contract, no idea.
Recently retired VP of training told depts to keep hiring, unsure the rationale, but definitely appears some are overmanned.
The 73 is manned for the max, we'll see how that works out.
