Recently had my interview. I'm at a ULCC after being at a regional. 4 LOR's, including 2 internal pilots, and one assistance chief pilot at UA. 0 checkride failures, active volunteer experience/leadership roles, interview prep, logbook review, resume review, etc. I walked out of my interview thinking it went as planned. Unfortunately I was suprised with a TBNT... United has been my dream airline and intend on trying again in a year... Sucks to think that I gave up over 2k seniority numbers by not making it on the first go. Anyone else have similar experiences? Any luck on the second try?

Definitely sucks, but they will give you an honest shot on round two, so just keep at what your doing and apply everywhere.
