Recently had my interview. I'm at a ULCC after being at a regional. 4 LOR's, including 2 internal pilots, and one assistant chief pilot at UA. 0 checkride failures, active volunteer experience/leadership roles, interview prep, logbook review, resume review, etc. I walked out of my interview thinking it went as planned. Unfortunately I was suprised with a TBNT... United has been my dream airline and intend on trying again in a year... Sucks to think that I gave up over 2k seniority numbers by not making it on the first go. Anyone else have similar experiences? Any luck on the second try?

Yes, I got turned down last April and will re-apply soon. Was FO at a regional at the time though.
