Hogans were very much pass or fail until early 2022. No pass = no interview. You had two opportunities to pass. It seems that currently, the hogan is looked at during the hiring review board that takes place after the interview prior to sending out CJO/TBNT. An applicant gets two opportunities to interview with United (including their aviate interview) If the second is unsuccessful, plan for a career somewhere else.
