Crew Planning just put out a video Friday with updated hiring numbers, down to 734 planned for the year.
Anyone remember when 734 would have been considered a HUGE HUGE year for hiring here? If we hit 734 I would think that would still be in one of the top 5, maybe top 3 years for hiring?
Aircraft devlieres were reduced by 6 I believe. Ironically, the 8MAX drives higher pilot staffing due to the turn times...as the mix of larger aircraft increases so will the pilots/aircraft ratio.
