I have applied to a few corporate positions didn't hear much from them; but was really interested in Atlas.

restricted ATP (45hrs of XC time will make me eligible for unrestricted).
1 checkride fail which was the first 121 checkride in the SIM.
Any advice would also be appreciated
I think you are really going to struggle finding a job. New hire training costs airlines many tens of thousands of dollars for each pilot that they hire, and to have both a checkride failure and a failure to complete IOE, airlines aren't going to want to take a risk on you. Right now, there are lots of low time pilots that are struggling to get hired that don't have the training failures.
Apply and get hired anywhere you can. Might need to CFI for awhile. Maybe someone like Mesa would take a shot on you?
