Not sure about all of their airlines, but Air Canada and its subsidiaries require their pilots to retire at 65.
When sued over the rule, the courts decided that due to ICAO being 65, it would cause undue hardship on Air Canada to keep them employed.
Hopefully US airlines follow suit.
