Right now, there are lots of low time pilots that are struggling to get hired that don't have the training failures.

Apply and get hired anywhere you can. Might need to CFI for awhile. Maybe someone like Mesa would take a shot on you?
It is difficult to hear the truth sometimes, but he is correct. You are going to have to do some damage control to overcome these recent failures. You need to go and get the best job you can and lay down some successful training and checkrides to overcome your recent record.
Airlines would consider you a training risk at this point.
