I hear the FOs are holding lines in DFW after a couple months of reserve; it would likely take longer in PHX and MIA. I sure don't know any easy way to figure out the junior line holder in any base. I can pull up line number awards for all the pilots in my base and equipment, but with 350 hard lines in DFW, it would take forever to figure that out. I can pull up reserve lists in all the bases and equipment, but there are senior pilots bidding reserve and I can't tell hire dates without looking up each individual pilot by employee number. Even then, I believe it tells the date they finished IOE in their current seat and equipment rather than actual hire date. As a DEC who has been here 10 months I can't hold a line in any base.
