If Southwest was taking market share from competitors, growing the fleet, and operating ar high or even average historic profit margins then you would have a valid point.
But today Southwest has shrinking margins, meltdowns, and actually LOST market share.
Management is f*cking up left and right, but awards themselves bonuses.
Keep defending them though......
