Is there a cabal of pilots preventing anyone from becoming pilots? This is a job where race, religion, gender....... just doesn't affect how well a person can perform. Shouldn't our focus be placed on hiring those with the most experience who can perform at the highest level and not care about factors that have no affect on one's ability to perform?
