Yeah but the hardworking pilots who have been with the company for years on the saab haven't had a raise in years. So street captains get more money, then I bet at the end of the year when the 1900s go away they will go straight to the Q. It'll be the cheaper way, screwing the saab guys.
Just shows that their argument that the equipment can't support higher pilot pay is bogus
