UAL sent interview invites to people they want to interview at NGPA in advance. Due to the Hogan, they do not do usually do unplanned "on the spot" interviews (this would require multiple work stations for the hogan, and a 2 day process). They will not be doing UMPP interviews at NGPA.

Job fair attendance gives you the best change of triggering a Hogan invite. Multiple attendance is sometimes required depending on background.
