And...? I assure you I worked harder in 20 years in the military than I could in 2 lifetimes in this career. It's my time now. Most money for least amount of work. Sounds like you really had to grind when you were younger; so did the 40 something FO you're complaining about. While I agree with a lot of your comments about this hiring environment creating some unrealistic expectations, see the dude's comment below. Hate the game not the player.
