These types of comments are comical. Delta is probably the best run of the big 3. The pilots are constantly leading the charge at the top of the compensation pile in each round of bargaining. This sounds like my gen Z neighbor that left a higher paying job to crawl back to his previous employer for less money bc he didn’t like the “culture” at the new company.
Im at spirit bc of where my seniority landed in my career and industry life cycles. Has zero to do with culture.
