Nope.

Hint: it’s about revenue generation, not the amount of work. A wide body flight generates more revenue in one leg than a narrow body does in several legs, mainly because of increased cargo capacity and higher ticket prices on the long-haul international legs. Further, the "1-and-done" thing is only for the crews; the jet flies around the clock, for the most part.
