You’re missing the point. We don’t have to get creative, not carry in, no conflict, no trip trades to increase credit, no waiting for a JA. I see a trip in open time and I pick it up, simple. Fedex pilots have to essentially back door their additional credit. And I have at least two friends hired in the last 4 years who complain precisely about this.
